Why are polyenes of interest
editWhy are they studied as a class? From the references it seems to be because they are a basis for drug development. Perhaps in the lead we could say what motivates them being considered an interesting class (eg distinct from thedieneswith just 2 double bonds). -Rod57(talk)17:23, 30 September 2018 (UTC)
