QS ranking

edit

I tried to include QS ranking which is standard for all universities wiki but someone reverted. Why? The person mentioned SMU is a specialist university as his excuse. I fail to understand how that means we cannot include SMU's QS/THES/ARWU rankings.

Yes, so? Specialist universities are well ranked by QS, some like Cal Tech and LSE even top it. I hope to include the QS ranking soon.

Specialized universities are not immune from ranking.Seriouzscholar(talk)06:59, 19 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

No matter the University, QS ranking should be reinstated with the other ranking information for viewers discretion.Rongyao(talk)12:04, 4 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

COI disclosure for the request. --YutaMales(talk)21:18, 10 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Partially implemented- I've mostly added your suggestions. I've removed some information which is too promotional, such as the list of prestigious universities participating in the competition, (perWP:PROMO). I've also left out some sources which appear to be primarily e-commerce sites (per theWP:ELNOandWP:AFFILIATEexternal link guidelines), the remaining information is still well-sourced.Jr8825Talk14:12, 16 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
