History
editThe predecessor of the company was founded on 20 July 1992 (asChinese:Thiên Tân mỹ luân cổ phần công ty hữu hạn).[1]In 1996 the shares of the company was started to float on theShenzhen Stock Exchange.In 1997 it was takeover byTEDA Group(Chinese:Thiên Tân thái đạt tập đoàn công ty hữu hạn) from Tianjin Textile Industry Corporation (Chinese:Thiên Tân thị công nghiệp dệt tổng công ty) as areverse IPO.[1]
In the same year the company was renamed intoTianjin TEDA Co., Ltd.(Chinese:Thiên Tân thái đạt cổ phần công ty hữu hạn).
