Career
editDuring his youth in Nigeria, Arokodare played for Kash Academy and Flying Sports Academy in Festac, as well as theSegun OdegbamiInternational College and Sports Academy. He later joined the Box2Box FC academy inSurulere,Lagos,and had trials with European clubsSC FreiburgandToulouse.He then joined Latvian clubValmierain June 2019.[2]In September 2020, Arokodare was loaned to German club1. FC Kölnfor the2020–21 season.[3]He made his professional debut for Köln in theBundesligaon 26 September 2020, coming on as a substitute in the 76th minute forSebastian Anderssonin the away match againstArminia Bielefeld,which finished as a 1–0 loss.[4]On 28 June 2021, Arokodare joinedLigue 2clubAmienson a two-year loan deal with an option to buy.[5]
On 31 January 2023, Arokodare joinedBelgian Pro LeaguesideGenkon a permanent deal, signing a four-and-a-half-year deal,[6]scoring on his debut as substitute againstGentin a 3–2 away win.
