editIt would be greatly appreciated if you would unretire for the purposes of giving a cleanup pass of the Jacques Bainville article.
A quotation has been added to a citation that is not in the citation, with the complication that removing it and justifying the removal with pages 247-248 of "Dictators" would necessitate a dueling citations situation with Alastair Hamilton, a status quo which has held and you, the article creator, endorsed.
