Your cut-and-paste move/rename left behind the history. It almost never takes an admin to do a proper move. But it does take one in this case, to clean up after your c&p one. (There's something flaky re delete-and-undelete, so i'm not sure i can complete this one immediately, but keep an eye on it and you'll eventually see the proper result.)
