Vincent Michael Martella(born October 15, 1992)[1]is an American actor. He is best known for providing the voice ofPhineas Flynnon theDisney Channelanimated seriesPhineas and Ferb(2007–2015; 2025–present). Martella is also known for his role asGreg WuligeronEverybody Hates Chris(2005–2009), and providing the voice ofHope Estheimin the 2010 video gameFinal Fantasy XIIIand its sequelsFinal Fantasy XIII-2(2011) andLightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII(2013).

Early life
editMartella was born inRochester,New York, the son of Donna and Michael Martella[2]and is of Italian descent. During his childhood, he moved to central Florida.[1][3]He graduated fromDeLand High Schoolin 2011[4]and studied for an online degree in business through theUniversity of Florida.[5]
Career
editMartella appeared in the feature filmRole ModelsstarringSeann William ScottandPaul Rudd.He has a lead role in the filmBait Shopalong withBill EngvallandBilly Ray Cyrus.He also played Scoop in theNickelodeonsitcomNed's Declassified School Survival Guideand Greg in theUPN/CWsitcomEverybody Hates Chris.[3][6]
He recorded his first albumTime Flies By,playing the piano and singing.[2]The album was written and co-produced by Vincent and is available oniTunes.
Martella became known in the voice acting world for providing the voice ofPhineas Flynnin theDisney ChannelandDisney XDanimated seriesPhineas and Ferb.[7]He also provided the English voice ofHope Estheim,a main character in the 2010 video gameFinal Fantasy XIII,and reprised his role forFinal Fantasy XIII-2.[5]He did the voice of the teenageJason Todd/Robinfor the animated filmBatman: Under the Red Hood,in which his younger brother, Alexander, provided the voice for the child version of Todd. Martella reprised his role as Jason Todd forBatman: Death in the Family.[8]
Martella also appeared in the fourth season ofThe Walking Deadtelevision series as Patrick.[9]
Personal life
editHis father owns Captain Tony's, a chain of pizzerias.[6]
On March 31, 2024, Martella posted a photo onInstagramreferencing his popularity in Brazil due toEverybody Hates Chris.[10][11]With the help of a virtual campaign created by Brazilians, Martella went from approximately 200,000 followers to over three million in less than a week.[12][13][14]Following the response, he traveled to Brazil[15]and appeared on multiple interviews with Brazilian outlets, includingThe Noite com Danilo GentiliandInteligência Ltda..[16]He was also featured in an advertisement forBurger King.[17]
