William de Palmorna

William de PalmornaDD(alsoPolmorva;died 1362) was anEnglishmedieval churchman, college head, and universitychancellor.[1]

William de Palmorna was aFellowandRector of Exeter College.[2]In 1340, he was one of twelve Fellows selected forThe Queen's College, Oxfordby its founderRobert de Eglesfield.[3]Between 1350 and 1351, he wasChancellorof theUniversity of Oxford.He was aDoctor of Divinity.He was aprebendaryat the King's Free Chapel inHastings,within theDiocese of Chichesterand also atWindsor.[3]He died in 1362 and left a legacy to Exeter College.
