Sedition

Seditionis overt conduct, such asspeechorganization,that tends towardrebellionagainst the established order. Sedition often includessubversionof aconstitutionandincitementof discontent toward, orinsurrectionagainst, established authority. Sedition may include any commotion, though not aimed at direct and open violence against the laws.
