TheIce Blade of the Monarch(or simply theIce Blade) is a claymore prized byTamrielians.The ArchmageAlmion Celmoof theSummerset Islescreated the claymore for great warriorThurgnarr Assi,who attempted to use it to commit regicide in some distant land, and become the new ruler. The assassination failed and Almion Celmo was imprisoned. Almnion enchanted with the weapon with the soul of aFrost Monarch,and therefore it freezes all who feel its edge. It is believed to be capable of cutting through the walls of ice that are said to line the world. The Ice Blade goes from owner to owner, never settling for long.

TheIndigo Tomes(orIndigo Scrolls) are a mysterious collection of tomes found somewhere in the vaults ofNecrom.They are very difficult to access, though according to rumor, PrincessAyrennofAlinormanaged to read them by sneaking into the vaults disguised as aDunmer.The existence of the Indigo Tomes was a closely held secret for centuries by theKeepers of the Dead,howeverHeadmaster Tanion's offhand mention of the tomes in his bookAyrenn: The Unforeseen Queencaused the Keepers a small amount of grief, according toDivayth Fyr.
