CICF-FM(105.7MHz) is a Canadianradio stationinVernon, British Columbiawith acountryformatbranded on-air asPure Country105.7.The station is owned byBell Media.

The station began broadcasting on October 23,1978at 1050kHzasCKAL.In1981,CKAL added FM transmitters to rebroadcast the programming of CKAL inNakusp,New Denver,andKaslo,while another one was added toArmstrong/Enderbyon 89.7 MHz in1986.CKAL becameCICFin1987.The rebroadcastersCICF-FM-2New Denver andCICF-FM-3Kaslo were granted to change their programming source from CICF toCKKCinNelsonin1990,andCICF-FM-1Nakusp was shut down in1997and taken over by CKKC. The "CKAL" calls are now used by atelevision stationinCalgary,Alberta.

On November 28, 2001, CICF moved to FM band at 105.7 MHz,[1]and becamehot adult contemporarystationSun FM.CICF was acquired byAstral Mediain2007along with the former terrestrial broadcasting assets ofStandard Radio.By2010,CICF switched toCHR/Top 40.On November 19, 2020, the station flipped tocountryasPure Country105.7,becoming the latest Bell Media station to adopt the "Pure Country" branding.CIMX-FMinWindsor,OntarioandCJCJ-FMinWoodstock,New Brunswickwould also switch to the "Pure Country" format and branding the same day.

On February 8, 2024, Bell announced a restructuring that included the sale of 45 of its 103 radio stations to seven buyers, subject to approval by the CRTC, including CICF, which is to be sold toVista Radio.[2]
