Biography
[edit]Watts got the nickname "Tain" fromKenny Kirklandwhen they were on tour inFloridaand drove past a Chieftain gas station.[1]He was given aGuggenheim fellowshipin music composition in 2017.[2]Watts attendedBerklee College of Music,where he met collaborator Branford Marsalis.[3]
