Among those killed in the crash wereLieutenant-GeneralMikhail Rudchenko responsible for security in theSouthern Federal District,andMajor-GeneralNikolai Goridov,deputy commander of theInternal Troops,as well asColonelsOriyenko, Stepanenko, and Trafimov.[1]
