5-Chloro-N,N-dimethyltryptamine(5-chloro-DMT) is atryptaminederivative related to compounds such as5-bromo-DMTand5-fluoro-DMT.It acts as aserotonin receptor agonistand has primarilysedativeeffects in animal studies.^[1]^[2]^[3]It has been sold as adesigner drug.^[4]
