A with Circumflex(А̂ а̂; italics:А̂ а̂) is aCyrillic letter,In all its forms itlooks exactly liketheLatin letter A with circumflex( â â), used in theUdege alphabetwhich was created for theUdege language.[1]The letter was made and used in the most common version of the alphabet: theKhabarovsk version.[2][3]

Usage

M. O. Maksymovychproposed new letters for usage in theUkrainianAlphabet, based on theetymologicalprinciples of spelling to preserve the old writing of Ukrainian. Of the letters proposed А̂ was one of them.[4]
