Adriana Sklenaříková(formerlyKarembeu;born 17 September 1971)[1]is a Slovak fashion model and actress who lives and works in France.[1]She is a formerGuinness recordholder for the longest legs among female models (at almost 1.24 m).[1]
Early life and education
[edit]Sklenaříková was born inBreznoto parents Miroslav Sklenařík and Zlatica Gazdiková.[2]Her mother was a Slovak doctor, while her father was a Czech engineer originally fromVsetín,where herCzech surnameoriginates.[3]She also has a younger sister named Natalia, who works as a lawyer inParis.At the time of Sklenaříková's birth, her parents were both students, and she was thus raised by her grandparents until she was six years old.[4]Sklenaříková has gone on to comment that her father was cold and distant with her throughout her upbringing, and that he preferred her sister.[5]
After completing her secondary education, Sklenaříková enrolled inCharles UniversityinPragueto study medicine. In 1994, her third year of studies, Sklenaříková was discovered by a French modeling agency after competing in abeauty pageant.[1]

Personal life
[edit]Sklenarikova met French football playerChristian Karembeuon a flight from Paris to Milan in 1998, and they were married in December that year.[1]On 9 March 2011, in an interview to French magazineParis Match,Adriana revealed that she was separating from her husband.[9]She stated that the causes for the separation were the couple's constant exposure in the media and their "hectic lifestyle" as well as him being "upset to see photographs of [her] with other men appearing in the press and speculation that [she] had a lover".[10]Christian refused questions from the media about the divorce, stating that he would not comment in public about his private life.[11]
In June 2014, she marriedArmenianbusinessman Aram Ohanian, her boyfriend of three years. Their wedding was held inMonaco,and was attended by numerous film and show business stars;[12]in August 2018 Adriana became the mother of a daughter named Nina.[13]In December 2022, Adriana announced her second divorce from Ohanian.[14]
