Nanclares started her career at Aurrera Vitoria.She spent a year on loan atOiartzunbut, throughout that period, she still trained withReal Sociedadfrom Monday to Thursday every week and only trained with Oiartzun on a Friday.Following an injury to Real Sociedad's main goalkeeperMariasun Quiñones,in the2019–20 season,Nanclares was presented with an opportunity to make her debut in the opening league fixture againstValencia.She ended up playing in four games in September including the Valencia one.During the 2021–22 and 2022–23 seasons, she andElene Leteshared the goalkeeping duties almost equally in terms of appearances.

In 2023 she joinedAthletic Clubon a three-year contract.
