Ahandarais avalleyand settlement inTakhar Provinceon theKunduz River.The valley is crossed by the road fromKunduztoFaizabad,and located about 22 miles west ofTeshkhan.There is also a village by the same name inBadakhshan Province,located on the road fromTaloqantoFaizabad,about 15 miles west of theLataband Pass.[1]
