Al-Qitaa(Arabic:القطعة), also known asAl-Majawdeh(Arabic:المجاودة),[1]is aSyriantownlocated inAbu Kamal District,Deir ez-Zor.According to theSyria Central Bureau of Statistics(CBS),Al-Qitaahad a population of 8,251 in the 2004 census.[2]
