Albert Divo(24 January 1895, inParis– 19 September 1966, inMorsang-sur-Orge,Essonne,France) was aGrand Prix motor racingdriver. He was born in Paris, France. In 1922, Divo competed in the International Tourist Trophy endurance race on theIsle of Man.He scored his first major victory driving forSunbeamat the 1923Spanish Grand Prixat theSitges Terramarcircuit about 40 km outsideBarcelona.

Driving forDelage,in 1924 he finished second behindGiuseppe Campariin theEuropean Grand PrixatLyon.The following year he won two major Grand Prix events for Delage. In July he captured theFrench Grand Prixat theAutodrome de Montlhéryafter his car went out of the race and he took over from teammateRobert Benoist.In September he shared victory with teammateAndré Morelat theSan Sebastián Grand PrixatCircuito Lasarte.In 1927 he finished third in theBritish Grand PrixatBrooklands.The next year, he drove aBugatti Type 35to victories in the 1928 and 1929Targa Florio.

Albert Divo was a founding member of theClub International des Anciens Pilotes de Grand Prix F1in 1962 inVillars-sur-Ollon,Switzerland.He died in 1966 and was buried in theMorsang-sur-Orgecemetery in the department of the Essonne near Paris. As an honour theBugatti Divois named after him
