Albert "Alby" Talipeau(born 15 August 1981) is arugby leaguefootballer who plays as ahookerorhalfbackfor theEastern Suburbs Tigersin theQueensland Cupcompetition.[1]

Playing career

Talipeau has previously played forCronulla De La Salle;in theNational Rugby Leaguefor theSydney Roosters;in theQueensland Cupfor theWynnum Manly Seagulls;and in theSuper Leaguefor theWakefield Trinity Wildcats.

Talipeau was awarded Man of the Match in the2008 Queensland CupGrand Final, when playing for theSouths Logan Magpies.

Representative career

Talipeau is aSamoaninternational[2]and played at the2000 Rugby League World Cup.

He played in the2008 Rugby League World Cup,and has been named in the squad for the2009 Pacific Cup.[3][4]

On 2 May 2015 he played forNiuein a match againstSouth Africa.[5]
