Ángel M. Rodríguez Oterois aPuerto Ricanpolitician from thePopular Democratic Party(PPD). Rodríguez was elected to theSenate of Puerto Ricoin 2012.
Rodríguez was born inComeríoto a family of 10 children, including himself. He has aMaster's degreein Public Administration from theUniversity of Puerto Rico.
