Arizona State Parksis the governing agency of allArizona state parks.The agency was created in 1957, following the rapid growth of thepost-World War IIrecreation and tourism industries in theAmerican Southwest.[1]The agency's board was created in 1957, and currently has seven members plus an executive director.[2]
