AnArraiolos rug,Arraiolos tapestry,Arraiolos carpetorPortuguese needlework rug(in Portuguese,Tapete de Arraiolos) is an embroidered woolrugmade traditionally in the small town ofArraiolos,Portugal,since theMiddle Ages.[1]They are partly inspired byPersian carpets.[2]
