Baffled!is a 1973 Britishmade-for-televisionsupernaturalmystery filmdirected by Philip Leacock.[2][3]The story is part of theoccult detectivesubgenre and starredLeonard Nimoy,[4]Susan Hampshire,[1]andVera Miles.[1]

Baffled!was intended as apilot for a television series[3]but when no network showed interest it was released in British theatres[1]and later released as a television film in America onNBC.[1]The British version runs ten minutes longer than the American.[5]

Plot

Race car driver Tom Kovack suddenly begins to experiencepsychicvisions.[4]He meets Michelle Brent, an expert on theparanormal,and the two form an unlikely partnership. Kovack's visions draw them into an occult-themed mystery at a remote inn on the English coast.

Scorpion Releasing, in conjunction withITV,released a DVD ofBaffled!in 2014.[5]The DVD included both the UK version and U.S versions of the film.[5]
