Bahman and Soghad District(Persian:بخش بهمن صغاد) is inAbadeh County,Farsprovince,Iran.Its capital is the city ofSoghad,[2]whose population at the time of the 2016 National Census was 12,582 people in 3,907 households.[3]
History
[edit]After the 2006 National Census,Khosrow Shirin Rural Districtwas separated fromEqlid Countyto join theCentral District.[4]In July 2018,Bahmanand Khosrow Shirin Rural Districts, and the cities ofBahmanandSoghad,were separated from the district in the formation of Bahman and Soghad District.[2]
