Bielis a municipality (pop. 186[2]) in theSpanishprovince ofZaragoza,in the autonomous community ofAragon.Biel included the village or "Lower Local Entity" ("Entidad Local Menor") ofFuencalderas.
Historically, aJewishcommunity was present in Biel from the 13th century to theexpulsion of the Jewsin 1492.[3]
