Bill Clinton Boulevardis aboulevardlocated inPristina,Kosovo.Following theKosovo Warof 1998 to 1999,Albanians in Kosovowanted to thank formerU.S. PresidentBill Clintonfor his help in their struggle with the government ofYugoslavia.A 10-foot-high (3.0 m) statue of Clinton was unveiled on the boulevard on 1 November 2009, at a ceremony in which the former president spoke.[1]
Elsewhere in Pristina, another street has also been named after U.S. PresidentGeorge W. Bush.[2]In addition, several cities in Kosovo, includingPrizren,have streets named after PresidentWoodrow Wilson.
