Blasters of the Universeis a 1993 2-CD set byBootsy's New Rubber Band.The album was first released on theP-Vinerecord label and then byRykodiscin the US and the UK. In terms of musical personnel, the album features moreP-Funkand Funk alumni than any other Bootsy Collins related release. It also contains one of the last tracks to feature originalParliament-FunkadelicguitaristEddie Hazel,to whom the album is dedicated. The album also contains a lyric sheet and a comic book called "Back 'N' Dah Day: A Boot Tune Adventure".
