Block 21is a $300 millionmixed-use developmentcomplex located in theSecond Street DistrictofDowntown Austin,Texas.
Austin's eighth-tallest building, theW Austin Hotel and ResidencesandAustin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater,the live venue whereAustin City Limitsis recorded, are located here,[1]as well as 53,000 square feet (4,900 m2) of shops, restaurants and office space.[2]
The complex has been lauded for its eco-friendliness.[3]
