Boomer'swas a jazz club inGreenwich Village,New York City,during the 1970s. The club was a venue forbebopmusic.[1]Musicians includingBarry Harris,Kenny Barron,Art Farmer,andCedar Waltonplayed the club,[2]and live albums including Walton'sA Night at Boomers, Vol. 1andA Night at Boomers, Vol. 2,andArt Farmer Quintet at Boomerswere recorded at the club. After Boomer's closed, the space was the location of Manatus, a Greek diner, for three decades.[3]
