Bouvrageis asoft drinkproduced by Ella Drinks Limited nearBrechin,Angus, Scotland.The original Bouvrage is made withraspberry juice(as well as lightly carbonated water, sugar,citric acidand flavourings).[1] The company has since introduced two other drinks, one made withblaeberriesand the other with strawberries.[2]
The drink is generally sampled at food fairs in Scotland and is sold at delicatessens and independent food stores.
