Bulgarian-Latvian relationsare foreign relations betweenBulgariaandLatvia.Bulgaria is represented in Latvia through its embassy inWarsaw(Poland).[1]Latvia is represented in Bulgaria through its embassy inWarsaw(Poland).[2] Both countries are full members of theCouncil of Europe,European UnionandNATO,with Latvia supporting Bulgaria's accession to the European Union prior to them joining.[3]
