CAMP responsive element binding protein-like 1,also known asCREBL1,is aproteinwhich in humans is encoded by theCREBL1gene.[5][6]

Function

[edit]

The protein encoded by this gene bears sequence similarity with theCreb/ATF subfamily of thebZipsuperfamily oftranscription factors. It localizes to both thecytoplasmand thenucleus. The gene localizes to themajor histocompatibility complex(MHC) class III region onchromosome 6.[5]
