Cheung Hok-mingGBMGBSJP(simplified Chinese:Trương học minh;traditional Chinese:Trương học minh;pinyin:Zhāng Xuémín;born 3 July 1952, inLam Tsuen,Tai Po,Hong Kong) is a former councillor in theLegislative Council of Hong Kongrepresenting theNew Territories Westconstituency. A Hakka, he is also the chairman ofTai Po DistrictCouncil and the vice-chairman ofHeung Yee Kuk.He is a member ofThe Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kongparty and supports pro-government policies.[1]
Cheung is currently the chairman of theTai Po Football Club.
