InAztec mythology,theCintēteo(Nahuatl pronunciation:[sinteːˈteoʔ]) are the four gods of maize. They are sons of the goddessCenteōtland the godCinteōtl.

  • Iztāc-Cinteōtl(meaning white corn)
  • Tlatlauhca-Cinteōtl(meaning red corn)
  • Cozauhca-Cinteōtl(meaning yellow corn)
  • Yayauhca-Cinteōtl(meaning black corn)
