Crucianella(common namecrossworts) is agenusofflowering plantsin thefamilyRubiaceae.The species are annual herbs found from theMediterraneantoCentral Asiaand theArabian Peninsula.[1]One species (C. angustifolia) is naturalized in northernCalifornia,southernOregon(Josephine County), andIdaho(Clearwater County).[2]
