DYUR(105.1FM), broadcasting as105.1 TMC,is a radio station owned by Ultimate Entertainment Inc. and operated under anairtime leaseby Tops Media Cebu Corporation. Its studio and transmitter are located at Unit 401, 4th Floor, Tops Circle, Brgy. Busay,Cebu City.[1][2]

History

UR105 Ultimate Radio (1993 - 2010)

The station was established in 1993 asUR105 Ultimate Radio,carrying aCHR/Top 40format. In 2010, after the success of a daily Christian program, the station rebranded asMango Radioand carried achristian radioformat.[3]

Oomph! Radio (2015 - 2017)

In 2013,Viva Live, Inc.acquired the franchises of Ultimate Entertainment Inc., prompting Mango Radio to move its broadcasts online. It went off the air sometime on the 4th quarter of 2013.

In October 2014, the station went back on air asOomph Radio 105.1,carrying aCHR/Top 40format. In June 2016, the station rebranded back to UR105 and added 70s, 80s and 90s to its playlist, despite retaining its format. However, the following month, Oomph Radio returned, this time introducing Anime, J-Pop and K-Pop to its original format. In February 2017, the Oomph Radio brand was retired once again due to management decision.[4]

Halo Halo 105.1 (2017 - 2024)

On May 1, 2017, in theday of the International Workers'at morning, the station was relaunched under theHalo Halo Radionetwork, the first and only FM station in each city playing onlyOriginal Pilipino Music.

In 2019, the station transferred from AMP Bldg. along Veterans Drive to its current home in The Space Bldg. along A.S. Fortuna St.,Mandaue.

On December 16, 2021, it went off the air for the second time as an effect ofTyphoon Odette (Rai)'s onslaught, but it returned on-air few weeks later in January 2022 after the power was restored in the station's building. Halo Halo Radio quietly signed off for the last time in 2024.[5]

In August 2024, Tops Media Cebu Corporation took over the station's operations and began its test broadcast as105.1 TMC(standing forTops Media Center) with aVispopformat. It transferred to its new home in Tops Circle in Busay,Cebu City.Official launching will be held at a later date.
