Daisy Grace Wilson Cleverley(born 30 April 1997) is aNew Zealandfootballerwho plays as a midfielder forHB Køgein theElitedivisionenand theNew Zealand national team.[3]

College[edit]

Cleverley enrolled at theUniversity of California, Berkeleyin spring 2017. She played 14 matches for the Golden Bears in her freshman year, scoring her first collegiate goal on 19 October 2017 in a 1–0 win overOregon Statebefore suffering a season-ending ACL injury.[4]

International career[edit]

Youth[edit]

Cleverley was a member of theNew Zealand U-17side at the2012 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cupin Azerbaijan[5]and again at the2014 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cupin Costa Rica,[6]playing all of New Zealand's group games at both tournaments.

At the2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cupin Canada, Cleverley played in all three of New Zealand's group games and the quarter-final match which they lost toNigeria.[7]

Senior[edit]

On 25 October 2014, Cleverley made her senior international debut, starting in a 16–0 win overTongaand scoring two goals.[8]

She was part of New Zealand's squad at the2015 FIFA Women's World Cupin Canada.[1]In 2019, Cleverley was included in her secondWorld Cupsquad.
