Eldred Hawken(born 2 May 1989) is a South Africancricketer.[1]He made hisfirst-classdebut forNorthernsin the 2012–13CSA Provincial Three-Day Competitionon 17 January 2013.[2]In August 2017, he was named inPretoria Mavericks' squad for the first season of theT20 Global League.[3]However, in October 2017,Cricket South Africainitially postponed the tournament until November 2018, with it being cancelled soon after.[4]
In June 2018, he was named in the squad for theTitansteam for the 2018–19 season.[5]In September 2018, he was named in the Titans' squad for the2018 Abu Dhabi T20 Trophy.[6]In October 2018, he was named inTshwane Spartans' squad for thefirst editionof theMzansi Super LeagueT20 tournament.[7][8]In April 2021, he was named inNorth West's squad, ahead of the 2021–22 cricket season in South Africa.[9]
On 25 March 2022, in Division One of the2021–22 CSA One-Day Cup,Hawken took his firstfive-wicket haulin List A cricket, with 6/46.[10]
