Broadwateris anelectoral districtof theLegislative Assemblyin the Australian state ofQueensland.It was created at the 1991 redistribution.[1]

The electorate is based on the northern end of theGold Coast.It includesSouth Stradbroke Islandas well asLabrador,Paradise Point,Runaway BayandSanctuary CoveandCoombabah.

Since2017the local member has beenDavid Crisafulli,who is the leader of theLiberal National Partyand the state'sOpposition Leader.
