Espasolis acylinder-shapedFilipinorice cake.Originating from the province ofLaguna,it is traditionally sold during the Christmas season. It is made fromrice flourcooked incoconut milkand sweetenedcoconutstrips and, afterwards, dusted with toasted rice flour.[1][2]
The termespasolis also used to describe a person's excessive make-up.
