Estradiol diundecylate(brand nameEstrolent), orestradiol diundecanoate,also known as17β-estradiol 3,17β-diundecylate,is anestrogenand anestrogen ester– specifically, the 3,17β-diundecylateesterofestradiol– which has been marketed inRomania.[1][2][3]It was described, along with a variety of otherestradiol esterssuch asestradiol undecylate,by Karl Junkmann ofSchering AGin 1953.[4]
