Fanuankuwelis a "place of a whale with two tails"[1]location inPacificandPolynesian mythology,recorded in the traditionalcelestial navigationtechniques of theCaroline Islands.Part of theTrigger fishes tied togethermnemonic-navigational system, it is sometimes grouped withKafeŕooras a 'ghost island'.[2][1]
