Finnish News Agency(Finnish:Suomen Tietotoimisto,STT;Swedish:Finska Notisbyrån,FNB) is aFinnishnews agency,established in 1887 and based inHelsinki.[1]STT's majority owner is Sanoma Media Finland of theSanomaGroup. The Finnish public service broadcasterYleis among the minority shareholders.[2]

STT is a sister agency[clarification needed]of the Swedish wire serviceTT,NorwegianNTB,and DanishRitzau.
