Fred Mogaka Tumbo(born 18 June 1978) is a Kenyanlong-distance runnerwho specializes in themarathon.

In 2006 he won the silver medal in the marathon at theCommonwealth Games,and finished seventeenth at the inauguralWorld Road Running Championships.[1]

His personal best time in thehalf marathonis 1:01:14 hours, achieved in March 2004 inParis;and his personal best time in themarathonis 2:12:03 hours, achieved at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.[1]
