In molecular biology, ghrelin opposite strand (non-protein coding),also known asGHRLOS,is along non-coding RNA.It isantisenseto the GHRLgene, which encodesghrelin. In humans, it is located onchromosome 3p25. It isalternatively splicedinto multipleisoforms.[3][4]
