Relations are cordial and became stronger sinceWorld War II,during which both countries were allies.Greecehas an embassy inPretoria,a general consulate inJohannesburgand two consulates inCape TownandDurban.South Africa has an embassy inAthensand an honorary consulate inThessaloniki.
