He competed at the2000 Summer Olympicsand2004 Summer OlympicsinAthens,where he placed 7th in themen's lightweight double sculls,along withSteve Tucker.Ruckman was born inCincinnati,Ohio, where he became andEagle Scout.[1]He graduated fromHarvard University.[2]
