Gwen Leticia Wallace[1](born 10 August 1935) is a former Australian athletics competitor. During the1954 British Empire and Commonwealth GamesinVancouver,she won a gold medal in the4 × 110 yards relay,and also competed in thelong jump,high jumpand80 metres hurdlesevents.[2][3][4]

Born inNew South Wales,Wallace was married toTest cricketbatsmanNorm O'Neillfrom 1958 until his death in 2008. The couple had three children, includingfirst-class cricketerMark O'Neill.[5]
